Preschool Tolvan is a stable, well-functioning preschool that is appreciated by both children, educators, and guardians. Once you start here, you are likely to stay, as there is a high quality in both teaching, care, learning, and community.

The preschool is beautifully located with views and proximity to Lake Mälaren, forests, nature, and public transportation. If you come by car, you will easily find a spot on one of the nearby village streets. The preschool is housed in bright, purpose-built premises with a lovely preschool yard.

We are now looking for a new colleague as a childcare worker to join our dedicated and experienced pedagogical team, and perhaps you are the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who has good collaboration skills and sees development as an important part of their pedagogical work. You are well-versed in the preschool's governing documents and practice accordingly. Of course, you are a professional, aware, and reflective educator with a positive attitude who has the child's best interests in focus.

We see that the children are competent, knowledgeable, curious, and enterprising. Their theories and hypotheses are sought after, tested, and lead the learning processes forward. An exploratory approach strengthens the children's self-esteem and gives them playful space to develop and grow at their own pace. This requires us to actively listen, observe, and reflect on our education and teaching based on each child's abilities.

The position is a fixed-term employment at 100% from March 26 to July 26. There is a possibility of extension after this fixed term.
